What counts as an AI action?
AI actions are the unit behind every AI feature — drafting a SOAP note from voice, generating a differential list, running a drug-safety review or reading a report. A typical AI-assisted visit uses around four actions, which is why 28 actions ≈ 7 AI visits on the Free plan.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — it's a permanent tier, not a trial. 28 AI actions, 150 voice minutes, 100 patients and 100 MB of storage every month, for one doctor. It never expires and doesn't require a card in the app's free tier.
What do paid plans add?
Pulse, Rhythm and Continuum raise the monthly limits (AI actions, voice minutes, patients, storage, staff seats) and include the premium drug-safety review and AI report reader. Continuum adds unlimited patients for high-volume clinics.
Where do I see actual prices?
Current prices are shown inside the app, in your local currency — multi-currency is supported (PKR, USD, INR, AED, GBP, EUR, SAR). Billing is per doctor, monthly.
Can I add capacity without upgrading?
Yes. Stackable add-ons cover extra AI actions, voice minutes, patients, doctor and staff seats, and storage — plus an optional pay-as-you-go metered AI option.
Do AI limits ever interrupt a visit?
You can see usage live in analytics (AI actions used, spend by type), and daily spend guardrails plus the AI kill-switch keep usage under your control. Non-AI features — queue, records, vitals, prescriptions — keep working regardless.
