Not today. Shifaa AI is a mobile app for iOS and Android — that's where you run the queue, document visits and prescribe. There's no separate web dashboard, so all you need is the app on your phone.

The architecture is privacy-first and designed around HIPAA's security principles (§164.312(b)). Sensitive on-device data is encrypted at rest with AES-256, every action is written to an append-only audit log including PHI access and export, and each clinic is strictly isolated. AI features use Anthropic and OpenAI as disclosed sub-processors.

Independent doctors and small-to-medium clinic teams anywhere in the world — with Owner, Doctor, Receptionist and Nurse roles and a granular permission matrix. It's multi-currency (PKR, USD, INR, AED, GBP, EUR, SAR) and timezone-aware, with local defaults that adapt to wherever you practice.

On premium plans you can upload lab and imaging images (CBC, LFT, RFT, lipids, HbA1c, thyroid, ECG, X-ray, ultrasound, MRI and more); the AI extracts values, flags abnormals and gives an interpretation. PDF upload is coming soon.
